January’s meeting saw our Councillors choose a new Parish Champion. 

I start this month by wishing all residents and readers of this column a very happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. 

The first item that I would like to report on is the Police Beat Surgery that was held at our office on Friday 8 December 2017. 

As I write this I am still shocked by the sad news of the death of John Charlesworth. 

We are still awaiting the outcome of the Planning Application from PegasusLife at the Lyndhurst Park Hotel. 

It was back to a very busy schedule in September and it looks as though it will be the same going forward into October

This month I will reflect on our July Parish Council meeting and look forward to the coming month when for the only time in the year we don’t have a Parish Council meeting.  This gives me the opportunity to catch up with a few things that have been outstanding and…

As I write this column the weather is sweltering but by the time you read this I dare say all will have changed and we may well be back to our normal British summer.
